Domestic Shipping

All products are made to order especially for you. Production time may take 1 - 2 weeks.

Our shipping preference is USPS priority or UPS Ground, specifically during the summer months with high temperatures.

Things to note for shipping whipped body butters:

• These are real butters so in high temperatures, they may melt in transition. However, upon arrival if melted, place in the fridge for 20-30 minutes and it'll return to solid form without losing any of its properties or benefits.

International Shipping

We currently do not ship outside of the contiguous United States.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of Natramedics products, all purchases are nonrefundable, nonexchangeable and nonreturnable.

However, our customers are our highest priority so if you have any issues or unhappy with your order, please email us for resolution.
